About Chris Bohan Jewellery
Trained in Graphic Communication through Monash University, Chris is a freelance bespoke jewellery and interior designer who has worked for major clients such as Vogue magazine, boutique antique dealers, fashion houses and the National Gallery Victoria.
What if I want to try on the jewellery?
If you’re in Melbourne, you’re more than welcome to make an appointment to visit myself and try on the jewellery. And make sure you’re on my mailing list to receive exclusive offers and invitations to private viewing shows.
Bespoke means ‘made to order’. You can order a pre-made jewellery item, or you can work with Chris to design your unique, personal piece that no one else will ever own. This is perfect for special occasions, weddings, mother/daughter gifts etc.
Is each jewellery piece exactly as described?
Due to the handmade aspect of the Chris Bohan Jewellery collection, each piece may have slight variations in colour, shape and size of stones to what is shown, but will be very similar. With variations in stone sizes, necklace lengths may vary by 1-2cm. If you require a specific length, please request a bespoke order.
How long will my jewellery piece last?
As each piece of jewellery is individually created and not mass produced, you will find the Chris Bohan range should last you a lifetime. Please store your jewellery carefully and avoid contact with perfume that may damage your items.
Polish your silver with a silver cloth you can find at supermarkets (this restores shine). Stones and glass can be wiped over with a damp cotton cloth. And glass ball necklaces can be gently washed in warm, soapy water and hung up to drip dry.
When you’re not wearing your jewellery item, store it flat in its original packaging. To avoid tarnishing and scratches, each piece should be stored separately.

Is your 100% Money Back Guarantee genuine?
Absolutely! Sometimes, jewellery looks amazing online, but when you try it on, you realise it doesn’t suit you. Simply return your jewellery piece for a full refund.
Using Australia Post with email tracking and signature required on delivery, our jewellery is delivered free of charge. Only shipping to a street address, your item will be shipped within 3 days (pending it’s in stock).
Yes! Items shipped outside Australia are subject to customs inspections and local assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with your country’s laws. As the buyer, you are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
Within Australia, allow 3-5 business days. For international deliveries, please allow 10-14 business days.
Can I exchange for another colour or size?
The Chris Bohan jewellery range features many limited-edition pieces so it may not be possible to exchange for a different colour or size. Give Chris a call to work out what will work best for you.
How do I return my jewellery piece?
Please do the following:
- Email info@chrisbohan.com or call +61 407 770 048 and Chris will explain your options.
- Package the item carefully (to avoid damage in transit) and include a copy of your email with your contact details.
- Return by Registered Post to: Chris Bohan Jewellery, PO Box 824, Parkville, Vic 3052, Australia.
- Upon receipt of the item, Chris will process your exchange or refund.
How is the jewellery packaged?
Each jewellery item is packaged in a stylish matt black branded box with black velvet lining.
What if I need jewellery repairs?
If you look after your jewellery piece carefully, it’s unlikely that you’d need any repairs. However, if something does happen to your item, please call Chris to discuss how to return your item for your free repairs (some conditions do apply).

Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your site?
Yes. We only accept credit card payments via the secure PayPal system.
Your credit card details are securely managed inside the PayPal system should you opt for the details to be retained. Chris Bohan Jewellery has no access to your credit card details. We only receive notification of your name, email and delivery address in order to send your order to you.
